A. General Terms and Conditions
1. General
1.1. These terms and conditions apply to every sale, delivery of goods or any other provision of the sole proprietorship “Irini Karavangeli”, VAT No.: 116006561 Tax Office: Kalamaria, which operates in the “trading of flowers, gift items” under the distinctive title “Botanicos Flowershop” (hereinafter “the Seller”), to its consumers - customers, through its online store at the address www.botanicosflowershop.gr. The terms and conditions apply as they are formulated at the time of the order.
1.2. Deviating from these terms and conditions, special agreements or supplements apply only if they have been expressly agreed upon in writing. These individual agreements prevail over these terms.
1.3. The applicable law is agreed to be Greek law, excluding the law on the international sale of movables. The courts of the place where the Seller has its professional establishment are competent for any dispute arising between the Seller and its customers from the execution of a contract provided for in these terms.
1.4. The language of conclusion of the contract is Greek.
1.5. Any invalidity of a term does not affect the validity of the rest, which continue to apply unchanged.
2. Seller Details
2.1. The seller in the sales contract with the consumer is the sole proprietorship "Irini Karavangeli", VAT number: 116006561, Tax office: Kalamaria, I. Pasalidi 153, Postal code 55133, Kalamaria, Thessaloniki, which maintains a "flower - gift items" store at the above address.
2.2. Working days and hours: Monday to Sunday, 09.00 - 22.00.
3. Conclusion of the sales contract
3.1. The conclusion of the contract occurs upon the acceptance by the Seller of the consumer's order. The declaration of acceptance is expressed by sending a relevant e-mail message. Sending an e-mail message regarding the receipt of the order alone does not constitute its acceptance and conclusion of the contract. In the event that the consumer does not communicate his email address to the Seller, the contract is concluded upon delivery of the goods.
3.2. During his browsing of the Seller's online store, the consumer should be able to modify and add or remove the goods he has entered into the electronic shopping cart by using only the usual functions of the keyboard and mouse of his computer. Before sending the binding order, a confirmation window should appear on the Seller's website with a detailed listing of the goods entered for order and the total cost that the consumer will be charged. Similarly to the above, the consumer should be able to make corrections before sending the final binding order.
3.3. The Seller has the right to reserve the right to accept an order that concerns goods that are not available at the time of receipt. In any case, it may inform the consumer of the expected time of availability, if such a forecast is feasible. Such information will have the meaning of a proposal to conclude a sales contract for the specific goods, delivered upon their availability.
3.4. Orders will be received and processed by the Promoter during working days and hours in accordance with condition 2.2.
3.5. The Seller has the right to check the solvency of the buyer-consumer. In the event of insolvency, the Seller has the right to withdraw from the sales contract.
4. Payment
4.1. The prices of all products in the online store are in euros and include VAT.
4.2. The Seller accepts payments in the following ways:
a. Credit/Debit Card
b. Paypal
c. Bank account deposit
In case of deposit into a bank account, the deposit receipt must be sent to the Seller by e-mail (botanicosflowershop@gmail.com).
4.3. The goods remain the property of the Seller until the full and final payment of the sale price.
5. Shipping and delivery
5.1. The goods are sent by post or by courier service.
5.2. The Seller is obliged to send the goods to an address of the consumer's choice, which the consumer declares in writing when sending his order. The Seller is obliged to inform the consumer about the expected delivery time. If the goods have not been delivered within the stated delivery time and no later than 30 days from the conclusion of the contract, the consumer has the right to withdraw. Delays due to the shipping service do not give rise to a right of withdrawal.
5.3. The cost of shipping the goods varies depending on the location and the shipping method chosen by the consumer. In any case, the cost of shipping the selected goods must be indicated
