Shipping Methods

Orders are dispatched daily, within our stores' operating hours (09:00-21:00), excluding holidays or instances when our store is closed.

For orders placed by 15:00, dispatch occurs on the same day, provided the product or specific flowers are available. For orders placed after 15:00, dispatch occurs on the next (business) day.

If the product is not available, the customer will be contacted by phone to find a similar alternative solution for immediate dispatch or, if there is sufficient time, to locate the specific flower/plant within 3-4 business days.

In any case, on the day of delivery, the recipient will be contacted by phone to coordinate the delivery time (for deliveries within Thessaloniki). For deliveries to other cities, the collaborating florist will call you for details.

BOUQUETS:

For orders within Thessaloniki, bouquets are dispatched directly from our store in Kalamaria. For all other locations, they are prepared and dispatched by a selected, local florist near you. This way, we can ensure that you receive them fresh and undamaged during transit.
Please note that depending on the season and availability from our suppliers, some "fillers" or greenery may be replaced with others of similar aesthetics.
