6. Right of withdrawal

6.1. The consumer has the right, within 14 days of the delivery of the goods to him or to a third party indicated by him, to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason. In this case, the consumer must return the goods packaged and in the condition in which they were delivered within 14 days of exercising the right of withdrawal. The return costs are borne by the consumer. For products that have been unsealed or unpacked, there is no right of withdrawal (art. 3l par. e’ Joint Ministerial Decision Z1-891/2013).

6.2. In the event of timely and lawful withdrawal, the Seller must refund the price paid and the shipping costs within 14 days. If the consumer has chosen a delivery method other than the standard cheapest method offered by the Seller, the Seller is exempted from the obligation to refund the additional amount.

6.3. The right of withdrawal is exercised by a unilateral direct declaration of the consumer to the Seller. For the convenience of consumers, it is recommended that they use the following model withdrawal form.

7. Liability – Actual Defects

7.1. The Seller is liable for actual defects and lack of agreed properties in accordance with articles 534 et seq. of the Civil Code.

7.2. The Seller shall not be liable for any compensation or financial compensation for any other reason, in particular due to damage to life, health or physical integrity.
